Born and raised in Madrid, the foundations of Tapas Madriz are rooted in a deep appreciation for Spanish food culture—where simmering sofritos, sizzling garlic in olive oil, and long, shared meals are part of everyday life. Food is not just nourishment, but a way to celebrate, connect and bring people together.

Tapas Madriz is a catering and events experience dedicated to authentic Spanish flavours, specialising in vibrant tapas and traditional paellas prepared from scratch. From intimate private dinners to birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events, each experience is designed to capture the energy and warmth of a true Spanish gathering.

More than just catering, Tapas Madriz delivers an immersive dining experience. Every event features live cooking on-site, allowing guests to enjoy the theatre of paella prepared in front of them—the aroma of saffron, the depth of smoked paprika, and the atmosphere of a Spanish kitchen brought to life.
