We had Chef Papi at a work function and his food was amazing, full of flavour which transported me back to my visit to Spain. He is quite a character made us feel very welcome. The Chef's baked cheesecake my word was unbelievable. I wish you could buy it from a store. Would definitely recommend Tapas Madriz if you are looking for an authentic Spanish experience.
Nacho's paella is the best I've had and that's even after trying some great paella in Valencia where paella originated. He's a gentleman to deal with, with a great accent to complete the authentic Spanish experience. 👌

Absolutely unbelievable! Tapas Madriz came to our workplace and cooked both a veggie and a meat paella on site, and the flavours were incredible. Service was fantastic! Friendly, professional, and so easy to deal with. Can't recommend them highly enough.
The vegetarian paella at Tapas Madriz was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The rice was cooked perfectly, with incredible depth of flavour and the freshest ingredients throughout.
