The vegetarian paella at Tapas Madriz was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The rice was cooked perfectly, with incredible depth of flavour and the freshest ingredients throughout.

Tapas Madriz is the real deal! The food is incredibly authentic and absolutely delicious, but the experience goes way beyond just the meal. Communication was brilliant from start to finish and they delivered even more than what was promised. If you want the best tapas in Parkdale, this is it. Papi is a legend!
