Every event is cooked live on-site by Ignacio, our Madrid-born chef, using authentic Spanish ingredients including Bomba rice from Valencia, real saffron from La Mancha, and Spanish Jamón Serrano. The cooking itself — the sizzle of the pan, the aroma of saffron, the theatre of a 90cm paella being served — becomes part of the event.
We cater corporate events at offices, rooftops, function rooms, parks and private venues across Melbourne including the CBD, South Yarra, St Kilda, Hawthorn, Glen Waverley, and throughout Bayside. We bring everything — pans, burners, ingredients, serving equipment — and handle full setup and cleanup.
Corporate paella catering from Tapas Madriz starts at $65 per person (El Clásico package, minimum 20 guests). Our most popular corporate package — La Gastronómica — is $75 per person including 3 tapas, paella and full service. Premium packages with multiple paella varieties and chef's dessert are available at $95 per person. A corporate minimum spend of $2,500 applies.
We cater corporate events from 20 to 150 guests across Melbourne. For larger groups we bring additional equipment and staff. There is no upper limit — contact us for a custom quote for events over 100 guests.
We cook at offices, rooftops, courtyards, function rooms, parks and private venues. We need a flat surface and access to a standard power point. We can also work with gas if preferred. If you're unsure whether your venue works, send us the details and we'll advise.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for corporate events. End-of-year, EOFY and quarter-end dates fill quickly. A 20% deposit secures your date. For urgent bookings within 2 weeks, contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Yes — we cater corporate events across Melbourne including the CBD, South Yarra, St Kilda, Toorak, Hawthorn, Richmond, Fitzroy, Glen Waverley, Dandenong South, and all Bayside suburbs. Travel is included in our pricing for most Melbourne locations. Contact us for events outside metropolitan Melbourne.

Free cancellation is available before the 7-day window prior to your event. A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 7 days. The 30% deposit is required to secure your date.
