Common questions

Do you cater at our office or do we need a venue?

We cook anywhere — office rooftops, courtyards, function rooms, parks, and private venues. As long as there is a flat outdoor or covered space and access to a power point, we can make it work. We will confirm suitability when you enquire.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. All our paellas are naturally gluten free and dairy free. Vegetarian and vegan paella options are available. Just let us know your requirements when booking and we will make sure every guest is catered for.

How far in advance do we need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead for corporate events, and 4–6 weeks for end-of-year functions (November and December book out fast). A 30% deposit secures your date.

What is the minimum spend for corporate events?

Corporate bookings have a $2,500 minimum. For smaller team events under 20 people, our private chef experience may be a better fit — get in touch and we will find the right option for your group.

What suburbs across Melbourne do you cover?

We cater across all of Melbourne — CBD, South Yarra, Fitzroy, Docklands, St Kilda, Richmond, Toorak, Collingwood, and surrounding suburbs. Contact us if you are outside central Melbourne and we will confirm availability.

Is cancellation possible?

Free cancellation is available before the 7-day window prior to your event. A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 7 days. The 30% deposit is required to secure your date.
